Salomon Binding – Establishing a long term strategy


My strategy was to push innovation so we could clearly differentiate ourselves from the competition while increasing our product mix. Being a market leader in Japan, this strategy also aligned with APAC by continuing to develop unique and innovative products as to increase our market share and profitability in the APAC zone.
I developed the product marketing strategy and assortment for a breakthrough technology for which I was heavily implicated: Shadowfit technology.
